Our Story

Ironcrest Travel Co was born from an obsession. In 2013, Sarah and James Crest returned home from their third Disney Cruise and had a simple realization: planning Disney vacations wasn't just something they were good at — it was something they loved more than anything else. Friends and family had been calling them for advice for years. It was time to make it official.

What started as a passion project at the kitchen table in their Cincinnati home has grown into a full-service Disney travel agency with a team of dedicated Compass Planners. Every single one of us is a Disney fan first and a travel professional second. We don't just know Disney — we live it. We visit, we research, we sail, and we come back with the kind of insider knowledge that you simply cannot get from a brochure.

In 2016, Sarah earned her first Compass-Certified Disney specialist designation, and today our entire team holds that certification. We are proud to be an authorized Disney travel agency and a Disney Cruise Line Premier Agency Partner — meaning we have direct access to inventory, special offers, and dedicated Disney contacts that make your experience seamless from first inquiry to final port.
